Proof of enrollment in an ITP/IPP or Clinical program for the 2024-2025 academic year or graduation within the past six (6) months (schedule, transcript, etc.)

Letter of recommendation sent electronically from a faculty member in your ITP/IPP./Clinical Program

Any additional documentation you wish to submit

Assist Co-Coordinators in monitoring attendance/late arrival

Registration/check-in

Certificates, CEUs, etc.

Clean up, packing up supplies

Poster sessions

Assist coordinator/co-coordinator as neededPlease put all your electronic and/or scanned files into a single email and send it to: shannon.reese@mh.alabama.gov as part of this application process.Applications must be submitted by midnight, March 29, 2025, to be considered. All portions of the application must be completed, and all supporting documentation included. Incomplete applications or applications missing any supporting documentation will not be accepted. Any application submitted after March 29, 2025, will not be considered for MHIT Core 2025.**All costs are the responsibility of the student**
